A consultant will complete a countywide analysis of broadband access and make recommendations for broadband installation projects. They will also partner with local units of government and providers to fund projects, monitor evolving broadband technology and identify best practices. The consultant engagement will provide data and recommendations that result in a County plan to increase quality internet service for properties in Kent County.
